It's extremely unfortunate that I am contacting you like this under these circumstances. I have loved you since the second I learned you existed. I was excited when I learned I was going to be a dad. Fate didn't turn out that way, though.

Regardless of how it has happened, it has taken me this long to be in a position to feel it is okay to contact you and tell you about myself.
